Refund Policy
This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for AI Agent Bangladesh subscriptions.
1. Free trial
Where a plan includes a free trial, you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
2. Monthly plans
Monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rated refund of the unused portion if you cancel within the first 30 days. To request one, email billing@aiagentbd.com.
4. Non-refundable items
One-time setup fees, add-on usage already consumed (including AI usage and message volume), and third-party charges (such as payment-gateway or channel fees) are non-refundable.
5. How to request & timing
Email billing@aiagentbd.com from your account email with your workspace name and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days depending on your provider.
